Now in its 3rd Year the Customer Centricity World Series is the ultimate competition to crown the most Customer Centric Organisations around the world. Following on from our Regional Awards; the European Customer Centricity Awards and the North American Customer Centricity Awards Finalists and Winners from both programmes will battle it out with other Entrants from around the world to be crowned The Most Customer Centric Organisation in the world.

We pride ourselves on running an independent fair and robust awards programme with absolutely no paying to win model. Our Scoring Model is endorsed by the University of Chester Chester Business School and our entire Awards Programme model is Certified by Customer Institute. All Judges are experienced specialists in their field with a vast amount of knowledge and experience, so you can trust that we run off a meritocracy model with all the winners being truly deserving.
